TW: This zine is about depression and anxiety. I don’t go into anything too heavy, but I do talk about how it feels to be depressed.

I’ve been feeling quite down lately, this has happened before. My depression gets worse for a time and everything feels more difficult. I decided to write down some of these feelings in a zine.

This zine is 20 pages, 10x13cm. Risograph printed in seafoam green and blue ink at Helio Press.
